Paceline Studios + Zero
Proposal
May 2026
How we see this
Zero is hard to market right now because the category doesn't have a clear audience yet. Agents finding and using capabilities at runtime is a real problem, but the people who feel it live in three different communities, and we don't know which one actually converts into Zero usage.
The fastest way to find out is to run a small, controlled test across all three at once. See who responds, what kind of content resonates, and where the qualitative signal is strongest. Then double down on what works.
The test
3 activations per persona, 9 activations total, over roughly 45 days (some creators take longer to book inventory). We'd weight each persona toward the formats where its audience lives.
Creative approach
Across all three personas, the through-line is the same: Zero unblocks something. Agent gets stuck → Zero installs → agent moves forward.
Most creator campaigns are one-off posts. For Zero, we'd build multi-part arcs:
Why this works: The audience watches the failure happen. The fix feels earned, not paid.
Creative approach
Vibe Coder → YouTube narrative arc, 3 episodes: "Building a real-time market dashboard with Claude Code." Episode 1 is the build. Episode 2 is the wall (every data provider wants $500/month minimum). Episode 3 is Zero unlocking it, agent pays as it goes per query.
AI engineer → Dev newsletter sponsorship: headline like "What if your agent didn't have to know about your APIs at compile time?" with a link to a hosted demo.
Agent commerce builders → X narrative arc, 3 tweets: Tweet 1, "Been thinking about agent commerce for two years. Most of what I see is still humans paying for AI, not agents paying for services." Tweet 2, "Found something that actually works." Tweet 3, screen recording of the full flow: agent identifies what it needs, finds a provider via Zero, pays in USDC, uses the service, completes the task. Bank statement of the agent's wallet showing the transaction.

Working budget split
Rates vary by format and rights. We'll firm up allocation after initial outreach.
Paceline's $15K fee covers: end-to-end campaign management.
